Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive relationship management strategy to drive growth and revenue for our Middle Market clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our Middle Market clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert financial guidance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our bank's products and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure the bank's risk appetite is met, while providing our clients with the best possible financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' industries, markets, and competitors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Commercial Banking and Middle Market Business Management.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with Middle Market clients, driving growth and revenue.
- Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and credit issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- FINRA Licensing (Series 79, 63, SIE) required, or willingness to obtain.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
