Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Market Production Account Executive to join our team in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions to clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and identify client needs to deliver customized solutions
  • Develop and execute a portfolio of middle market client accounts to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead stewardship planning and delivery, ensuring overall account profitability and value-based approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies
  • Educate clients on trends, market issues, and relevant data and analytics
  • Marshals Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances
  • Involves others across geographic, solution lines, and functional unit boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling risk management or health and benefit solution products
  • Ability to build relationships, grow, and leverage relationships to drive business results
  • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers
  • Excellent client management skills, able to manage an existing book and deliver on client promise while generating new business
  • Fosters critical relationships between Aon colleagues, clients, and external payor/insurer market
  • Able to articulate and execute on a strong value proposition
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proven technical proficiency demonstrating capabilities to build innovative solutions
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels
  • Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience
