Role Expectations:
The Academic Support Specialist will engage with designated student-athletes to cultivate a professional rapport aimed at enhancing their academic success.
Key Information:
- Compensation: Salary will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Experience in an academic setting working with students.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience within the educational system.
Responsibilities:
The Academic Support Specialist will:
- Mentor assigned student-athletes to foster a professional relationship that enhances their academic performance.
- Provide guidance on study techniques, note-taking, and test preparation.
- Assist student-athletes in developing time management and organizational skills.
- Tailor strategies to accommodate individual learning styles.
- Create daily progress reports utilizing an online system.
- Collaborate with Scholastic Supervisors as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
