Job Overview

The Building People is seeking a skilled Maximo Application Engineer to enhance our Enterprise Asset Management capabilities. This role involves providing expert insights and improving existing Maximo workflows to streamline work management, logistics, and property management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Guidance: Offer specialized knowledge on best practices in Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Application Development: Engage in the full lifecycle of application development, including problem identification, analysis, resolution, and documentation.
  • Collaboration Tools Support: Implement and support tools that facilitate collaboration across various offices.
  • SharePoint Development: Build and manage lists and libraries within SharePoint and SharePoint Online.
  • Maximo Deployment: Assist in the deployment and upgrade of IBM's Maximo 7.X and above, including the transition to MAS 8.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of PowerApps, Agile Methodology, and markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS for application development.
  • Web Development: Experience with front-end technologies including REACT, Angular, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Federal Government Experience: Familiarity with federal government implementations and large-scale projects involving multiple contractors.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and DoD security background checks and operational processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting Maximo programs, particularly with MAS 8 upgrades.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Current Federal Government clearance is required.
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
