Job Overview

Position Summary

The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Human Resources to execute the organization's talent management initiatives while ensuring adherence to legal standards. Key responsibilities encompass managing HR programs, overseeing compliance with labor regulations, maintaining HR data integrity, and supporting training initiatives. The preferred candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business or human resources, a minimum of two years of experience in HR management, and certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.

Essential Competencies

  • Supervisors are expected to complete performance evaluations punctually and exhibit proficiency in HR technology and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Necessary Skills/Abilities include meticulous attention to detail, outstanding communication capabilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and report any compliance issues to the supervisor.
  • Serve as the representative for the Senior Director of Human Resources when required.
