Position Overview

Summary of Role

The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Human Resources to execute the organization's talent management strategy while ensuring adherence to employment regulations. Key responsibilities encompass managing HR initiatives, overseeing compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting training initiatives. The preferred candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business or human resources, along with a minimum of two years of experience in HR management. Certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desirable.

Essential Competencies

  • Supervisors are expected to complete performance evaluations punctually and exhibit proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Critical Skills/Abilities include meticulous attention to detail, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and report any compliance issues to the supervisor.
  • Serve as the representative for the Senior Director of Human Resources when necessary.
