Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team, developing people, securing new business, and assisting with key account development. This role involves frequent contact and consultation with clients in various clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Activities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop Sales Programs: Create and execute sales programs to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Analyze and Report Trends: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage Territory Managers: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Hire and Develop Talent: Hire, educate, develop, and retain high-performing Territory Managers.
  • Work with Key Accounts: Engage with key accounts and build relationships throughout the region in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Meet Performance Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed district performance objectives, including patient fits and booked revenue quotas.
  • Contribute to Profitability: Contribute to Kestra's profitability through the control of discounts and expenses.
  • Field Reinforcement: Field reinforce products and positioning strategy.
  • Communication: Communicate openly and share information with others.
  • Adhere to Ethical Standards: Adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in medical equipment sales.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated strong business acumen.
  • Sales Model Coaching: Sales model coaching experience (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling or like sales models).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a good driving record.
  • Remote Work: Ability to consistently work remotely.
  • Credentialing: Post-offer, must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry, including vaccination and immunization status, background check, drug screening testing, and review of hospital policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • People Management Experience: Previous people management experience in medical equipment sales.
  • MS Office: Knowledge of MS Office.
  • MS Teams: Experience with MS Teams.
  • SalesForce: Experience with SalesForce.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-Paced Field Role: Fast-paced field role.
  • Noise Level: Noise level typical of being in the field or clinical setting.
  • Extended Hours: Extended hours when needed.
  • Drug-Free: Drug-free.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent Repetitive Motions: Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage.
  • Frequent Stationary Position: Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Frequent Computer Use: Frequent computer use.
  • Frequent Phone and Business Machine Use: Frequent phone and other business machine use.
  • Occasional Bending and Stooping: Occasional bending and stooping.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of a vehicle.

Travel:

Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air required, up to 75%.

Pay Equity:

Kestra Medical Technologies is committed to pay equity and fair compensation. Our compensation ranges are guided by national and local salary surveys and take into consideration experience level and internal equity.

Salary:

Annualized between $140,000 to $150,000, plus bonus and uncapped commission, depending on experience and location.
