Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Requirements:

  • A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
