Job Title: Associate Director, Paid Search

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Paid Search to join our team at Publicis Groupe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of paid search campaigns, including budget management, for assigned clients. They will also be responsible for analyzing search campaign performance against client KPIs and reporting on trends and insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid search campaigns, including budget management, for assigned clients.
  • Analyze search campaign performance against client KPIs and report on trends and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative search strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Paid Search in driving strategic search expertise within the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Paid Search experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Hands-on keyboard experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and/or SA360.
  • Experience in applying search marketing to brand-building and direct response initiatives.
