About the Role

As a Content Delivery Specialist, you will report to the Director of Account Services. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate content delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the seamless launch of our premium content, ensuring that it meets the expectations of our users. You will collaborate with various teams to guarantee that all content is prepared and delivered according to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management:
    • Work closely with production, media operations, and program management teams to prepare all necessary materials for content launch.
    • Ensure that all metadata and assets are accurately prequalified for distribution.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of project deliveries, including timelines and special requirements.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize your knowledge of content delivery processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Stay informed about the latest industry standards for content delivery to ensure compliance.
    • Address technical challenges that may arise during the content preparation phase.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to discuss delivery timelines and specifications.
    • Document all delivery activities and maintain accurate records of any rejections.
    • Collaborate with the content delivery team to enhance workflow efficiency.
About You
  • 8+ years of experience in content management for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of metadata requirements and content delivery protocols.
  • Adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content delivery systems and their operational requirements.
  • Knowledge of digital media formats and specifications.
