Sales and Service Coordinator Job Description

As a Sales and Service Coordinator at Sephora, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of sales and service initiatives, coordinating paid services, events, and classes, implementing loyalty programs, handling cash, and training store teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Sales and Service Initiatives: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every client.
  • Coordinating Paid Services, Events, and Classes: Coordinate paid services, events, and classes to meet client needs.
  • Implementing Loyalty Programs: Support the implementation of loyalty programs to reward clients.
  • Handling Cash: Responsible for cash handling to ensure a smooth checkout process.
  • Training Store Teams: Educate teams on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.
Qualifications/Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role. You will also need passion for client service and teamwork, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities, flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, consistent and reliable attendance, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
