Your Mission:

As a vital member of the Brightline Station Operations team, you will be one of the first friendly faces our guests encounter. You will share your extensive knowledge of local attractions and company offerings while ensuring the safe handling of all checked baggage and personal items at the station entrance. Assisting guests with recommendations and supporting your colleagues in various station roles will help affirm their choice to travel with Brightline.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Baggage Management: You will oversee the secure handling of guest luggage and personal belongings throughout the station, ensuring adherence to company protocols while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Digital Proficiency: You will navigate various software applications to assist our guests effectively.
  • Guest Engagement: You will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, anticipating their needs and guiding them through their travel experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks in emergency situations. You must be capable of lifting and moving heavy items in various directions, navigating uneven surfaces, communicating effectively in person and through electronic means, climbing ladders, and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • You possess at least six months of experience in customer service, sales, or food and beverage service.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
