EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge, and the ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare
  • Conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications

EquipmentShare offers a competitive pay structure, including base salary plus uncapped commission, commission guarantee period while building book of business, and company provided truck or vehicle allowance.

We're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative, with superior outside sales experience and skills.
