Digital Sales Director for Enterprise Workforce Solutions

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our sales team as a Digital Sales Director for Enterprise Workforce Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and key contacts to understand their needs and preferences.
- Mastery of Cella's full suite of workforce solutions and promotion of the right services to address client needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts from Cella's Consulting teams to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans within assigned markets that incorporate a land & expand approach.
- Work closely with regional/account-based delivery teams to ensure opportunities are managed efficiently and with necessary priority and compliance.
- Manage opportunity pipelines with internal partners and leadership to pursue, nurture, and land opportunities within goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in creative, digital, and marketing spaces, including consultative sales.
- Proven sales record closing complex sales in solutions and staffing space within large nationally/globally distributed customers.
- Experience working with strategic accounts and presenting services at all levels of client organization.
- Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales practices.
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- A competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
