Job Summary

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be responsible for checking in guests during peak hours, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience. If you're a people person who enjoys working in a team environment, we want to hear from you

Shifts range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all guests receive efficient and courteous service, adhering to our high standards.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure follow-up is complete to maintain exceptional service levels.
  • Assist in maintaining optimal room inventory levels to maximize revenue while meeting guest expectations.
  • Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest interactions during arrivals, departures, and other interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Must be flexible with shifts and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computational ability and computer skills are required.


Compensation: $12.00 per hour
