Job Summary
We're seeking a fast-paced and friendly Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience. This includes checking in guests during peak hours, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to resolve any guest concerns.
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Ensure that all guests receive efficient and courteous service, adhering to our high standards
\u2022 Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
\u2 Ensure the daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and meet guest expectations
\u2 Supervise the bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest interactions
Qualifications:
\u2022 Must be flexible with shifts and able to work a variety of schedules
\u2022 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
\u2022 Basic computer skills and knowledge of guest service principles
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
