Customer Service Opportunity

Chick-fil-A of Beavercreek is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and upholding the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a team environment.
