Additional Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of one year of management experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Must possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with retail systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Mobility to navigate the sales floor and stockroom to assist with customer service. Capability to reach, bend, and climb to access products for customers. Ability to lift and carry items up to fifty pounds as needed.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
