Experience: 1-3 years of prior sales experience in a luxury retail environment preferred. Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (including proficiency with iPad/laptop, mobile POS, and internet usage).
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Mobility to navigate the sales floor and stockroom to provide customer service. Capability to reach above/bend to obtain products from various heights and climb ladders/stools for visual merchandising and housekeeping tasks. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and occasionally lift and carry items up to fifty pounds for product processing.
Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high retail traffic days.
