Job Overview:

We are in search of a talented and innovative Video Production Specialist to join our energetic team. This role entails the operation of video production equipment to capture exceptional video and audio that aligns with the objectives of our production department. The specialist will collaborate closely with the Director of Photography (DP), Directors, and Producers to select appropriate gear, configure settings, and comprehend project requirements. The individual filling this role will be responsible for the following duties, along with any additional tasks assigned:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and managing the camera as per the specifications and standards established by the Main Camera Operator, DP, and Directors.
  • Testing various camera angles and movements as directed by the Main Camera Operator and DP.
  • Capturing high-quality footage from both stationary and dynamic positions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
  • Editing footage as necessary, which includes assembling raw footage, integrating sound, graphics, and effects to enhance the final product, correcting lighting and color issues, and maintaining organized project files for final export according to distribution needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong theoretical understanding of filming techniques and footage capture.
  • Experience with relevant equipment, including cameras, rigs, and stabilizers.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing previous camera work.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in color grading.
  • Drone operation certification.
