Position Overview:
ProCraft Cabinetry is seeking a committed individual to become a vital part of our cabinet assembly production team. The Cabinet Production Specialist is tasked with overseeing the entire assembly process of cabinets from inception to completion. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to ensure all team members are proficient and safe in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cabinet Production Specialists are accountable for constructing high-quality cabinets and thoroughly inspecting all components prior to assembly for cleanliness and defects. Should any imperfections be found, they are responsible for completing a nonconformance report and alerting a supervisor.
  • Each finished product must be inspected to confirm accurate construction and that all necessary finishes have been applied.
  • Utilization of power tools, including Impact Drivers, Drills, and Air-Powered Nail Guns, is essential to ensure cabinets are assembled to professional standards.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned by management as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, with a keen attention to detail and professional communication skills.
  • Experience in cabinet fabrication, terminology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • ProCraft provides training on the use of various pneumatic tools necessary for job functions.
  • Training will also be provided to consistently meet or exceed production benchmarks.
  • Cabinet Production Specialists will work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be responsible, diligent, and open to learning.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly throughout the workday.
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/32nd of an inch.
