About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Swift Transportation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital components of learning and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create multimedia learning solutions from concept to execution that drive measurable impact to the business and align to the organization's strategic direction.
  • Develop, edit and/or maintain video and graphic design content to ensure maximum impact and alignment with overall learning objectives.
  • Support delivering learning campaigns to a variety of stakeholders through multiple communication channels.
  • Provide input on recommended approaches to content design and user experience.
  • Support personalization and content targeting activities.
  • Perform quality reviews for all digital components.
  • Learn and utilize multiple content design tools for digital publishing.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of effectively managing projects by developing milestones, obtaining approvals, estimating timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with digital video production and editing suites (Premiere, etc.) required.
  • Experience with After Effects and Adobe Audition preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and/or experience required.
  • Must be able to produce video for multiple social platforms.
  • Posses great on air presence for on camera videos.
  • Must have excellent attention to details, and organizational skills.
  • Posses strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, time sensitive production environment.
  • Must posses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
