Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at ConGlobal. This role will be responsible for supporting the commercial organization, including day-to-day activities for the rail customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role
  • Supporting renewal activities by proactively managing the renewal waterfall and understanding customer expectations.
  • Working across internal groups to provide inputs for pricing RFPs, lead capture, and highlighting our approach and solution.
  • Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders on service and continuous improvement efforts.

This is a hybrid position in Omaha, NE, with minimal travel requirements (less than 25%). The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively managing the renewal waterfall and understanding customer expectations.
  • Working across internal groups to provide inputs for pricing RFPs, lead capture, and highlighting our approach and solution.
  • Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders on service and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Providing direct and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of our business, profitability, and driving initiatives to grow business and improve profitability with the customer base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • Rail or Intermodal experience preferred.
  • 5+ years previous sales experience with some experience in sales operations/sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office and associated CRM (Salesforce) software - ability at intermediate level.
