About the Role

This role supports the commercial organization in various day-to-day activities for the rail customer base. A reliable and available point of contact is provided for customer support and sales assistance, with a focus on driving expansion of relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports renewal activities by proactively managing the renewal waterfall and understanding customer expectations.
  • Collaborates across internal groups to provide inputs for pricing RFPs, lead capture, and highlights our approach and solution.
  • Maintains continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding service and improvement efforts.
  • Provides direct and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal means.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Rail or Intermodal experience preferred.
  • 5+ years previous sales experience with some experience in sales operations/support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Location and Salary

This is a hybrid position based in Omaha, NE, with minimal travel requirements (less than 25%). The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
