Insurance Relationship Specialist

About Us: Rudy Partida - State Farm Agent is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Insurance Relationship Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, promoting State Farm products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivation and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. Benefits include health benefits, paid time off, and valuable experience leading to growth opportunities within the agency.
