As we expand, we seek a skilled individual with a background in baking and kitchen management to oversee our production operations. This role involves leading our ice cream and bakery production team, ensuring the seamless delivery of our offerings from planning to readiness for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Coordination: Develop and manage a comprehensive production schedule that accommodates at least two weeks of operations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track production activities weekly, making necessary adjustments to adhere to timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and manage communication with retail, wholesale, and catering teams.
  • Ingredient Management: Oversee the ordering schedule for ingredients and supplies.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor production kitchen staff, including onboarding new employees.
  • Recipe Management: Ensure all new recipes are documented accurately, maintaining organized records for all departments.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and implement quality control procedures.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Establish and maintain cleaning and sanitation protocols for the kitchen.
