Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software manuals and guides, including written materials and short videos.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Baytek's software products to translate complex information into simple, engaging content.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and customer relations teams, to create versatile content.
  • Produce consistent quality, improving the standards of documentation that currently exist.
Requirements
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and technology.
  • Screen recording and production skills.
  • Proficient with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Suite, video conferencing.
  • Graphic design skills and experience with graphics software are a plus.
