Job Description

Olympus is seeking a seasoned product management professional to lead a high-performing team and drive product strategy across the organization. As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of product managers, guiding the development and execution of product strategy, and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of users and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tribe Leadership: Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of valuable solutions for users and objectives for the business.
  • Customer Focus: Deeply understand user needs through direct interaction, research, and feedback to ensure our products solve real problems and deliver tangible value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executive leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of industry experience in product management or similar roles.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a director of product management or similar management role.
  • Travel required (US and International).
