Qualifications:

What you need to bring:


  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or sales is required.
  • 2 years of leadership experience in customer service, customer relations, or sales is required.
  • Previous experience in the transportation sector is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while crafting solutions and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate employees across diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering compelling presentations that influence and build coalitions for key initiatives.
  • Robust analytical skills are essential.
