Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in our marketing initiatives. This individual will oversee event programming and execution, manage our ambassador and partnerships program, and provide essential marketing support to our dealers. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking capabilities, a passion for marketing, and exceptional project management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

  • Enhance and expand the overall events strategy at Adventurer Manufacturing.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows and consumer-facing activities.
  • Develop event strategies that align with overarching marketing objectives to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors and event organizers to ensure timely coordination and execution.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide insights for future enhancements.

Ambassador and Partnership Development

  • Establish and manage the ambassador program to elevate brand recognition and trust.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate partnership initiatives to maximize brand exposure.
  • Manage the pro-deal program to foster relationships within the outdoor industry.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of ambassador and partnership activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Dealer Marketing Assistance

  • Provide comprehensive marketing support to dealers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to promote Adventurer's products effectively.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including product brochures and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and dealer partners to execute local marketing initiatives.
  • Track dealer performance and offer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, focusing on events, partnerships, and dealer support.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing events.
  • Detail-oriented planner with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Negotiation skills to effectively manage ambassadors and contractors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada, with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
