Position Overview

Summary

The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in achieving sales, merchandising, and distribution objectives by facilitating the implementation of business strategies and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively promote, display, and manage the Red Bull product line across all designated accounts.
  • Meet sales and distribution targets by supporting the execution of business strategies and corporate initiatives.
  • Provide route coverage for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
  • Control inventory costs in line with company guidelines.
  • Engage respectfully and maintain communication with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of industry knowledge, including Red Bull, CSDs, market trends, and share.
  • Utilize professional development courses to enhance performance.
  • Monitor competitive activities and relay strategic insights.
  • Implement appropriate themed programs to align with supplier and company standards.
  • Complete all required documentation, including reports, preplans, trackers, surveys, and expense logs by the specified deadlines.
  • Comprehend and assist with MVP Standards.
  • Comply with all state liquor regulations and laws.
  • Execute additional tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the Company's Core Values consistently.

  • Basic knowledge of industry products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
People Management

No direct reports.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor responsibilities.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 165 lbs.
  • Proficient use of arms, wrists, and hands for grasping.
  • Skilled in operating industry tools such as hand trucks, six-wheelers, manual pallet jacks, and box cutters.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time role with varying days and hours.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Completion of Sales Fundamentals training and certification is required upon hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of relevant industry experience is preferred.
Compensation Package
  • Compensation packages are tailored based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.
  • Eligible employees and their families can access medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Enrollment in the company's 401k plan is available. Employees are entitled to 80 hours of vacation annually and 7-8 paid holidays throughout the year.
  • New hires may qualify for incentives, bonuses, or annual bonuses.
