Job Summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.

What We Offer

Teledyne Microwave Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $149,980.00 to $199,980.00, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
