Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes.
  • Create program structures that empower multi-org and distributed teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Manage program dependencies, reporting, and Sr. Leader escalations and communications.
  • Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams, enabling product & operational excellence.
  • Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit's technical & business strategy.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading multiple complex software development projects.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels.
  • Strong technical knowledge of web-based applications, with the ability to guide and influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
  • Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date-driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes.
