About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of sales professionals, helping them achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include preparing proposal and presentation materials, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and process documentation for voucher forms and broker commission payments.
  • Support sales team members in implementing business strategies and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Perform client property tours, resolve client issues, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for specific properties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team for information requests and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree and 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Active state real estate license preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information to a large group of employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to calculate figures and conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and web publishing skills.
