Position Overview:
As a Facility Operations Team Leader, you will oversee and direct the daily activities of your team, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the facility. Your leadership will be crucial in managing maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
2. Plan and coordinate daily assignments, ensuring that all maintenance work orders are addressed promptly.
3. Ensure that all equipment and systems are maintained according to industry standards and regulations, including safety codes and engineering practices.
4. Supervise and manage service contracts related to maintenance and construction.
5. Maintain accurate records of work orders and submit daily productivity reports.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely reordering of supplies and spare parts.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
8. Train staff on safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
9. Monitor financial activities, managing expenses and optimizing resource use.
10. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Technical school graduate or an Associate in Science degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Journeyman or master license in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- In-depth knowledge of facility operations, including mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
