Position Overview:

We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager who resonates with our mission and can thrive in a dynamic environment. This role involves leading two clinical teams and reporting directly to our Senior Managers or Directors of Clinical Care.

Downtown Miami, FL (Brickell area)
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
This position oversees one in-person team and one remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    Oversee client care within your clinical teams and manage staff, including evaluating clinician performance, providing clinical consultation, and ensuring adherence to clinic-wide goals.
  • Implement and support clinical processes and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, internal policies, and quality benchmarks.
  • Foster a clinical culture that attracts and retains high-performing clinicians.
  • Engage in community outreach to represent Two Chairs.
  • Work in-person at least 3 days per week from our clinic, with 2 days per week working remotely.

Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Manage a panel of ongoing clients, maintaining a regular caseload of at least 3 clients (approximately 5 clinical hours per week).
  • Conduct clinical consultations to assist in matching clients with appropriate services and clinicians.
  • Integrate technology into practice and provide data-driven care.
  • Participate in community engagement and professional development through case consultations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and lead modifications to Clinical Team policies through participation in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:
  • An active license in clinical psychology (PhD or PsyD from an accredited institution) or LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LMHC for Florida, held for 2 or more years.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of licensed clinicians.
  • Experience in managing teams in-person and/or remotely.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Clinical Expertise:
  • Proficient in managing clinical crises, providing substantial case consultation, navigating ethical issues, and ensuring excellent client experiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience and interest in utilizing clinical diagnostic and assessment tools to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in online calendar management and software (e.g., Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA standards for privacy and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards.
  • Provide exceptional care to clients in a secure and confidential environment using HIPAA-compliant platforms.
