Job Title: Vice President, Product Management

Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Product Management to lead our Authentication Program. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering best-of-breed authentication products for transactional use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive uptake and penetration for Mastercard's authentication products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps, prioritize features, and create go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscapes, and use data-driven insights to inform product development.
  • Work closely with product teams to define and test product concepts with target audiences, ensuring product/market fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Marketing or Business Economics.
  • Proven experience in product strategy, market research, or related role.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with successful project management and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in conducting customer interviews and discovering unmet needs.
  • Proven track record in market sizing and analysis.
