Job Title: Vice President Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Product Management to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the payment processing ecosystem and a proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and customer experience, to design and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with Mastercard's business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, including prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payment processing and authorization.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the payment processing ecosystem and its complexities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
