About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Open Banking partnerships as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Customer Success. This role will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our Open Banking partners and driving profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to partner with existing and prospective Open Banking customers to retain and grow revenue through strategic engagement.
  • Develop and execute a customer-driven growth strategy to identify opportunities to grow relationships with partners.
  • Build strong internal relationships and communication channels within cross-functional Mastercard teams to ensure a collaborative, unified, and responsive interface to partner relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong people leadership skills with a successful track record of developing and executing a customer-driven growth strategy.
  • Partner-driven with a desire and proven track record to achieve success through complex relationships and multi-tier distribution channels.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology to understand partner implementation approaches and position Mastercard services.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to understand partner objectives and industry/competitive dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successful Partnership and Customer Success roles with demonstrated results.
