We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, North American Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Mastercard Identity's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and close opportunities.
  • Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure revenue retention and growth, and cultivate new relationships to create long-term value.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract development to establish mutually beneficial client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of enterprise sales experience with success in closing high-value deals and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of the global Identity ecosystem and market dynamics, as well as a strong personal network within applicable industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, growth mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • International experience and a global network of industry contacts preferred.
