We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Controller to join our Technology business unit. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial statements and providing strategic financial guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business unit leadership to advise on accounting-related matters and provide guidance on financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead discussions with senior management to provide recommendations on financial matters and drive business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reporting, including variance analysis and technical position memos.
  • Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, including setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and coaching and developing employees.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline financial processes.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial leadership and management.
  • Established credibility as a trusted advisor to business partners and senior leadership on complex technical matters.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with an emphasis on financial and business acumen.
  • Experience assessing the effectiveness and oversight of financial control implementation and ensuring compliance within a diverse organization.
  • Experience setting strategy for process improvement initiatives and developing procedures for implementation.
