Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Government Sales Manager to lead our government sales strategy and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales generation strategies to support new government business.
  • Identify retention opportunities to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of 8+ sellers, motivating and coaching them to achieve strong performance results.
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to ensure team success.
  • Support additional non-selling and administrative functions as needed.
  • Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in government sales, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve strong performance results.
