Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement IT Governance Framework: Design and implement an IT governance framework that aligns with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and Maintain IT Policies and Procedures: Establish, review, and update IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Risk Management and Compliance Teams: Collaborate with the Risk Management and Compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.
- Design and Implement IT Controls: Design and implement IT controls that protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of bank data and systems.
- Stay Updated with Evolving Regulations: Stay updated with evolving regulations impacting the banking sector and ensure that the bank's IT systems and practices comply with all applicable regulations.
- Minimum of 8-10 Years of Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or IT auditing, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong Knowledge of IT Systems and Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies in the banking sector.
- Proven Experience in Managing Cross-Functional Teams: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, steering governance committees, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Experience Working with Cloud Computing: Experience working with cloud computing, data governance, and digital banking solutions.
- Strong Understanding of Regulatory Environment: Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and governance challenges specific to banking institutions.
