Job Overview

As a Senior Government Account Executive at Disability Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in the government sector. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the government sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
