Job Title: Business Development Specialist

CellSite Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • At least five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
