Account Executive

At Infinity, we're seeking a skilled Account Executive to represent our client, a leader in private and secure telephone communications. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your product knowledge to effectively position our client's unique mobile security app to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Position our client's mobile security app as a superior solution for secure communications.
  • Contact and communicate with consumers across various verticals to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Compare and contrast consumers' current products and technologies with our client's offerings, highlighting benefits and promotions.
  • Address and overcome customer objections, painting a compelling picture of how our client's products can enhance communication security.
Ideal Candidate:
  • BPO/Contact Center/Call center/Sales Agency experience preferred.
  • Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
  • Internet navigation and applications skills.
  • Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and address client needs.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
Compensation:

$18/Hour + Commission
