About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Foster Care team. This role will provide administrative support, coordinate systems, and ensure team needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Order supplies, maintain office equipment, coordinate petty cash, filing, shredding, photocopying, and administrative duties.
  • Process invoices, submit check requests, and manage data entry.
  • Coordinate trainings, team-building activities, and office space arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison with landlords and assist with hiring paperwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School diploma/GED required (prefer bachelor's degree).
  • 1+ years of experience preferred but will take any level of experience.
  • Administrative, customer services, or human services experience is a plus but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history required.
Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries based on experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED: $38,480 annually ($18.50/hour)
  • Relevant Certification or Associate's Degree: $39,998 annually ($19.23/hour)
  • 2+ years of experience and High School Diploma/GED: $39,998 annually ($19.23/hour)
  • 5+ years of experience and High School Diploma/GED: $41,517 annually ($19.96/hour)
