Substation Engineering Trainee

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is on the lookout for a Substation Engineering Trainee to become a part of our esteemed Power Division. Our organization prides itself on a team of highly skilled professionals committed to delivering exceptional engineering services to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct preliminary assessments on various technical assignments.
2. Engage in project research, field investigations, observations, and initial design computations.
3. Assume personal accountability for the quality of completed tasks.
4. Utilize AutoCAD/MicroStation for the preparation and verification of working drawings, specifications, layouts, and cost estimates.
5. Execute routine evaluations to ensure the precision of data and deliverables.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $25.00+, contingent upon relevant experience.

Essential Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering program (Junior, Senior, or Master's level).

Desirable Skills:
Experience with AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting is advantageous.
