Substation Engineer - P&C Specialist

At Westwood Professional Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Substation Engineer - P&C Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-voltage substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-voltage substation projects, including one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, and potential and current schematics.
  • Apply NESC, NEC, and other applicable codes and standards in the engineering design.
  • Work with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure project milestones and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design calculations, construction documentation, and technical support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized accredited program.
  • EIT Certification.
  • Minimum of 4 years related work experience in high-voltage substation design - P&C.
  • Proficient in use of AutoCAD or Bentley Microstation.
