The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in high-voltage substation design. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Bentley Microstation is required, as well as a strong understanding of protection scheme functionality.

As a Substation Senior Engineer - P&C Specialist, you will work closely with other project stakeholders to ensure project milestones and expectations are met. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training lower-level professionals, as well as contributing to the development of high-quality work and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-voltage substation projects
  • Ensure compliance with IEEE, NESC, and NEC codes and standards
  • Work closely with other project stakeholders to ensure project milestones and expectations are met
  • Mentor and train lower-level professionals
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality work and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a recognized accredited program
  • Active PE license
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in high-voltage substation design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Bentley Microstation
  • Strong understanding of protection scheme functionality
